St. Petersburg’s most historic home is the historic “Vinoy House” Bed & Breakfast. Its prime location directly in the waterfront district of downtown St. Petersburg, nestled among vintage homes; bay views and horse drawn carriages make it a desirable property. Guests can arrive by boat and park at the first class Vinoy Marina across the street. The B&B, originally built as a residence in 1910, features six guests suites/rooms with private full baths, whirlpool tub or shower and TV, VCR, CD player, phone w/data port. The common areas consist of two living rooms with fireplaces, game room, restaurant style dining area, sunroom with snack bar, beautiful tiled porch and patio facing the waterfront and Vinoy Park. There are laundry facilities and a completely furnished office.

Visitors have six charming guest suites to choose from, each appropriately named after a Florida paradise!

·     Key West Suite - beautiful whitewashed sleigh bed, mirrored wall, white marbleized ceramic floors, whirlpool bath with stained glass windows, attached sunroom with wet bar, pullout couch, entertainment center, view of downtown and the waterfront park

·     Montego Bay Room - in its own wing of the house offering ultimate peace, features a queen-sized wrought iron sleigh bed,  whirlpool tub and cherry-wood floors 24” TV, CD player and more

·     Sunshine Key Largo in candle light yellow, furnished with a California Mahogany Tumbler bed with half canopy, rocking chair, view of downtown waterfront district private and full bathroom w/shower unit. 24” TV, CD player and much more.

·     The Pensacola In deep renaissance mauve, the Pensacola is furnished with a beautiful king-sized cherry wood sleigh bed, cherry wood floors private and full bathroom w/shower unit. 24” TV, CD player and much more.

• The Boca has a beautiful queen oak lattice sleigh bed, Berber and tile floors, full view private bath with sitting wall against tub and stained glass windows. The room features a view of downtown and the waterfront park, 24” TV, CD player and much more.

• The Vinoy House suite features an Antique cherry wood canopy bed dressed in white lace, cherry hard wood floors, antique entertainment center, private full bath with whirlpool tub, pedestal sink and mood lighting.
